Products from scratch

Build a product from scratch - web, mobile or desktop

An MVP you can put in front of real users in 6-8 weeks, from $12,000; small projects from $1,200. The design stage is week one: price and date are agreed before the build starts, then a deployed version every week - one team, from architecture to the first month after launch.

Who comes to us

The starting points we see most often. The product is different every time; the way to a working first version is not.

  • You have a validated idea and a budget, but no technical team to turn it into a product.
  • The business runs on spreadsheets and chats, and every new employee makes it slower.
  • A previous team delivered a prototype that cannot be extended, and you need a version that will not be thrown away.
  • You need the product on several platforms - web, mobile, desktop - with one backend and one team.

What you get

A deployed product with users in it, code in your repository and accounts in your name.

  • Scope and architecture

User scenarios, data model, platform choice, price and launch date - written down in week one, before the build starts.

  • A working product, not a demo

Sign-in, roles, the core scenario, admin panel, payments or integrations that matter for your case. Deployed to your servers or cloud, with a month of fixes after launch.

  • Web, iOS, Android, desktop

One backend and API, clients for the platforms you need. Mobile and desktop are built on the same data, not as separate projects.

  • Your code, your accounts

Repository, servers, domains and third-party services are registered in your name from day one. No lock-in to us.

How we work

Every week you get a deployed version you can click through - not a status report.

  1. Call and scoping

    Days 1-3

What version one must do, who uses it, what we cut. A rough estimate on the call.

  2. Design

    Week 1

Data model, screens, architecture. Price and launch date agreed before the build starts.

  3. Build in weekly releases

    Weeks 2-7

A deployed version every week. Priorities can move; the date stays.

  4. Launch and month one

    Week 8+

Release to real users, monitoring, fixes. A plan for version two based on what users actually do.

Price and timeline

  • MVP A version real users can try: core flows, sign-in, admin panel, deployment 6-8 weeks from $12,000
  • Full product Web, mobile or desktop clients on one backend, integrations, payments, analytics by scope from $30,000
  • Support Fixes, monitoring, small improvements and a plan for the next version per month from $750/mo
  • Hourly rate Hourly rate for extras, integrations and anything non-standard - no minimum package any scope $75/hour

The price and the date are agreed after the design stage (week one, included in the price), before the build starts; they depend on the number of user roles, integrations and platforms. Mobile and desktop clients on top of web are estimated separately, on the same backend.

Questions we get asked

Web, mobile or desktop - where should we start?

Usually web: fastest to ship and to change. Mobile when the product lives in the field or needs the camera, notifications and offline mode. Desktop for heavy work with local files and hardware. We recommend after a call, not by default.

Will AI be part of the product?

Where it pays off: search over your data, document processing, an assistant inside the product. We design the data model so that AI features can be added later without a rewrite.

What happens after launch?

The first month of fixes is included. Then support from $750/mo - fixes, monitoring, small improvements - or your own team takes over with documentation and a handover session.

Describe the product you want to build

Who it is for and what it must do in version one - we come back with questions and a rough estimate.

  1. We reply within one business day - to the contact you leave here.
  2. A few written questions - a call once the scope is clear.
  3. You get the direction, the first step and its price in writing.
