Solutions

Typical tasks - and how we solve them

Six requests we hear most often. For each: the architecture we would build, the stack, the timeline and the pricing tier it maps to - so you can compare before the first call.

AI agents & automation

Agent that triages inbound requests

Requests arrive by email and Telegram. Someone reads all of them by hand, copies them into the tracker and answers the same questions again and again.
Architecture
  1. Mailbox and Telegram bot are connected through webhooks; every message lands in one queue.
  2. An LLM classifies the request (lead, support, spam), extracts the fields you need and sets a priority.
  3. A task is created in your tracker or CRM through its API, with the original message attached.
  4. The agent drafts a reply from your templates and knowledge base; a person approves it with one click.
  5. Every action is logged; a weekly digest shows what was handled and where the agent was unsure.

Assistant over company documents (RAG)

We have hundreds of documents - regulations, contracts, manuals. People ask the same questions in chats because nobody can find the answer.
Architecture
  1. Documents are pulled from where they live (Drive, Confluence, PDF, mail) and re-indexed when they change.
  2. Text is split into chunks; embeddings live in PostgreSQL with pgvector - no separate vector service to run.
  3. Retrieval respects access rights: a person only gets answers from documents they are allowed to open.
  4. The LLM answers with citations to the source paragraph and says plainly when the documents have no answer.
  5. Interface in Telegram or a web widget; a set of real questions checks quality after every change.

MVP web app in 6-8 weeks

The idea is validated and there is a budget. In two months we need a version real users can pay for - with sign-up, payments and an admin panel.
Architecture
  1. Design stage first (week one, included in the price): scope cut to what the first users need; price and date agreed before the build starts.
  2. React front end on a REST API (FastAPI or Node.js) with PostgreSQL - one backend for web and a future mobile app.
  3. Sign-in with email and Google, subscriptions or one-off payments through Stripe or a local provider, an admin panel for your team.
  4. Staging and production from day one, deployment from git, error tracking and basic analytics.

Modernization

Modernizing a PHP or legacy monolith

The system is ten years old, the people who wrote it are gone, every change breaks something else - and we cannot stop the business to rewrite it.
Architecture
  1. Audit in 1-2 weeks: code, data, infrastructure, ranked risks and a migration plan with estimates.
  2. Safety net first: tests around the critical flows, the system packaged into containers as it is, backups you can actually restore.
  3. Strangler pattern: modules are extracted one at a time behind an API while the old system keeps running.
  4. New UI or services replace the old ones step by step; every step can be shipped and rolled back on its own.
  5. AI layer on top of the existing core once the data is reachable through the API.

Mobile app on top of an existing backend

The web product works and has an API. Customers ask for an app in the App Store and Google Play - and we do not want a second backend for it.
Architecture
  1. One codebase for iOS and Android with React Native; native modules only where the platform demands them.
  2. A thin backend-for-frontend layer adapts the existing API to mobile: aggregated screens, tokens, push notifications.
  3. Sign-in reuses your existing accounts; offline cache for the screens that need it.
  4. Build and store pipelines set up once: test builds for your team, releases to both stores.

Infrastructure & support

Infrastructure for a small team

We deploy by hand over SSH, nobody knows whether the backups work, and we learn about outages from customers.
Architecture
  1. One or two servers with Docker Compose, nginx and TLS; separate stage and production.
  2. CI/CD from git: tests, build, deploy and a one-command rollback.
  3. Monitoring and alerts to Telegram - before customers notice.
  4. Nightly backups with a written restore procedure, tested at least once at handover.
  5. Runbook and access handed over to you; monthly support after that is optional.
